Currently, I serve as an IT Support Assistant at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where I troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for a diverse user base. My responsibilities include configuring and deploying software via SCCM, managing Active Directory and firewall rules, and supporting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). I am also experienced in user training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless IT operations.
Previously, at Lockheed Martin, I worked as an Electronics Associate Senior, fabricating and repairing electronic modules and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product quality and efficiency. My early career included team leadership and data-driven management at Walmart, further strengthening my communication and problem-solving skills.
